Reset your password
Set a new password yourself from the login page – and what to do when the email does not arrive.
→ Open forgot password · Open login
You can set a new password yourself from the login page at any time – also when you have not forgotten it and simply want to change it.
Open forgot password
On the login page click Forgot password? below the password field.
Enter your email address
Enter the address you sign in with and submit the form. You get a confirmation that the link is on its way.
Open the link in the email
The email contains a link to a page where you choose a new password.
Set the new password
Pick the new password and sign in with it.
If two-factor authentication is enabled, the code is still required at the next login. A new password does not replace the second factor – see 2FA.
The email does not arrive
- Check the spam folder. Automated mail often lands there the first time.
- Check the address. The link only goes to the address stored on your account. A typo or an old address leads nowhere.
- No email account stored? Some accounts are created without a real address. The email route then does not work – someone with admin rights sets a new password for you instead, see Reset passwords & PINs.
Do not mix them up: the password is for signing into the app. The four-digit attendance PIN for clock-in and user switching is something else and is managed separately – see Attendance PIN.
