My courses
As a course leader, see assigned course units, confirm them, check in participants and time races
→ Open my courses in SimpliServ
My courses is the view for course leaders, e.g. in a ski school: it lists all course units the office has assigned to you in course planning. You find it in the sidebar under Scheduling → My courses.
By default the menu item is only visible when course planning in the roster is active. You don't need a special permission – everyone only sees their own units.
The list
At the top you switch between Upcoming and Past. The list shows Date, Course unit, Category, Meeting point and Status. Search finds course, customer or meeting point; you can filter by status.
The status shows whether you have noticed a unit yet:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not seen | newly assigned, not opened yet |
| Seen | you have opened the unit |
| Confirmed | you have confirmed the unit |
When a new unit is assigned to you, you also get a push notification.
Open and confirm a course unit
Open the unit
Click a row. On first opening the status automatically switches to Seen – the office sees that the information has arrived.
Check the details
The Course card shows Date, Time, Meeting point with meeting time, Level, Occupancy, any Substitute days and the Note from the office.
Confirm
Click Confirm at the top right. Afterwards it says Confirmed.
Participants and attendance
The Participants card lists everyone booked with Booking, Age, Lodging and Contact – the phone number can be called directly.
In the Attendance area you check off per Course day who is there:
- Scan ticket: scan the QR code from the guest's phone or printout, or type in the code.
- Check in or Undo for the manual list.
- If a ticket belongs to another group of the same course, you can move the child into your group with Move – it is then checked in for today, ticket and race times stay the same.
Time a race
Group courses also have the Race area. Start race begins, you pick a child, press Start and at the finish Finish. Rankings follow automatically. Without a connection the times stay on the phone and are sent as soon as there is a connection again.
