Create an invoice
Create, send and generate invoices as PDFs
→ Open the "Invoices" module in SimpliServ
Invoices are the core of billing in SimpliServ – with legally sound numbering, automatic tax calculations and integrated PDF sending.
Create a new invoice
Open the invoice module
Navigate to Billing → Invoices and click New invoice.
Choose a customer
Pick an existing contact. Address, tax ID and payment term are taken over.
Add line items
Add products or free line items. Amounts are calculated net/gross incl. tax automatically.
Commit the invoice
With Commit, a sequential invoice number is assigned (per GoBD). After that the invoice can no longer be changed in content – only cancellations and correction invoices are possible.
Send
Send the invoice directly from SimpliServ by email or download the PDF.
Generate from other documents
Invoices can also be created directly from proposals, orders or delivery notes with one click.
Recording payments
You record incoming payments manually or automatically via the Mollie integration. The payment status is visible in the invoice.
Correction and cancellation invoices
If there are errors, you create a correction invoice or cancellation. Both are kept as their own documents with a reference to the original.
Number ranges
You define the format and start value of invoice numbers under Administration → Number ranges.
