Enable online payments with Mollie and record incoming payments automatically

With the Mollie integration you let your customers pay online straight from the invoice – incoming payments are posted automatically.
Connect Mollie
Create a Mollie account
Register for free at mollie.com and complete the KYC process.
Generate an API key
In Mollie, under Developers → API keys, copy a live key.
Store it in SimpliServ
Open Administration → Payment providers → Mollie and paste the API key. Enable the payment methods you want (SEPA, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Payment link on invoices
Active Mollie connections automatically add a "Pay now" button to every invoice sending. Customers are redirected to Mollie and return after success.
Webhooks and payment status
Mollie reports status changes via webhook. SimpliServ then updates automatically:
- the invoice status to paid
- the posting in the payment journal
- triggering optional workflows (thank-you email, task, etc.)
Payment requests
Even without an open invoice you can create standalone payment requests – useful for deposits or donation links.
Manual payment recording
You record cash payments or bank transfers outside of Mollie manually on the invoice via Record payment.
