Manage connectors

An overview of the connector hub: connect, configure and disconnect available integrations.

→ Open connectors in SimpliServ

The connector hub is the central overview of all your workspace's integrations. Here you see at a glance which services are connected, connect new ones and disconnect existing ones. The actual product and stock sync you then control in Channel sync.

You reach the page via Administration → Organisation → Connectors. It's accessible to users with the admin.settings.view permission.

The connector hub

At the top is the heading Connectors with a counter of how many connectors are active (e.g. "3 of 8 active"). Below it you'll find:

  • Search — filters by name, description or tags (the Search connectors, tags… field).
  • Active only — hides all not-connected connectors.
  • Category tabs — All, Payments, Tax & Compliance, Sales channels, Developers. Each tab shows the number of connectors in the category.

The tile list is split into two sections: Active (already connected) and Available (not yet set up). Each tile carries a logo, a status badge (Connected / Not connected) and a short description.

Available connectors

A connector only counts as Connected once setup is complete — for Mollie and Twilio as soon as the credentials are saved, for Wix/Shopify after successful authorization with the provider, for JTL as soon as the API key and connection are in place, for Finanz Online after passing authentication.

Open the detail view

Clicking a tile opens a panel on the right with up to four tabs:

  • Overview — only for active connectors: shows Account, Plan and Status (Active, Pending, Error or Not configured). For JTL, the sync status also appears here.
  • Installation — a step-by-step setup guide. The MCP connector offers dedicated guides here for Claude Desktop, Claude (Web), ChatGPT, Cursor and Cline / Continue / others.
  • Configuration — the actual settings: the API-key field (Mollie), the API keys table, OAuth clients (MCP), the JTL setup, the Twilio credentials or the list of connected channels (Wix/Shopify).
  • Permissions — lists which access the service receives on your behalf.

Connect a connector

Open the tile

In the Available section, click the connector you want.

Read the steps

In the Installation tab, do the necessary preparations with the provider (e.g. create an API key or set up an OAuth app).

Configure

In the Configuration tab, enter and save the credentials (Mollie, Twilio) or run through the setup (JTL). Wix and Shopify you authorize in the provider's app marketplace, as described in the installation steps; afterwards the connection appears in the channel list. For Finanz Online, Connect opens the authentication dialog.

API Keys, MCP Connector and JTL-Wawi are managed entirely via their configuration tab — for them there's no Connect/Disconnect button in the panel header.

Disconnect a connector

For an active connector, click Disconnect at the top of the panel. Concretely, that does:

  • Mollie — the stored API key is deleted.
  • Finanz Online — RKSV is disabled (rksv_enabled set to off).
  • Wix / Shopify — the channel connection is removed (with a confirmation).
  • Twilio — the Account SID and Auth Token are deleted.

For an active Wix connection you can additionally re-read the products from Wix via Import products in the configuration tab.
