Set up channel sync
Sync products and stock with Shopify, Wix and other channels
→ Open connectors in SimpliServ
With channel sync you connect SimpliServ to your online shops and sync products and stock automatically.
Establish a connection
Open the "Channels" module
Navigate to Integrations → Channels and click New connection.
Select the platform
Currently supported: Shopify, Wix, JTL. For Shopify and Wix, authentication is via OAuth; for JTL via a connector key.
Set the sync direction
Define per connection whether:
- products are pushed from SimpliServ to the shop
- stock is synced in real time
- orders are imported from the shop
Map products
In the Product mapping tab you link SimpliServ products to the corresponding shop products. New products can be created automatically.
Import orders
Incoming shop orders appear in Sales → Shop orders. They can be converted into internal orders or invoices with one click.
Webhooks
Connections use webhooks for real-time updates. You see the status in the connection detail. On errors, events are retried automatically.
