Proposal statistics
Analyze the proposal pipeline, acceptance rate and value won in the range, and track proposal values by status.

The Proposals dashboard under Statistics analyzes your proposals whose issue date lies in the selected range. You need the Administration → Statistics → View permission.
Metrics
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Proposals | Number of proposals in the range |
| Accepted | Of those, accepted proposals |
| Acceptance rate | Accepted divided by decided proposals (accepted plus rejected), in percent |
| Net value won | Net total of accepted proposals |
Each card shows the change versus the previous period.
Open proposals in the Draft or Sent status do not lower the acceptance rate. It only counts proposals the customer has already decided on.
Charts
- Net proposal value by status over time: stacked areas per status Draft, Sent, Accepted and Rejected.
- Proposals by status: donut chart with the number per status.
