Ticket statistics
Analyze new tickets, conversion to orders, status distribution and top customers per phase, and send the report automatically by email.
→ Open ticket statistics in SimpliServ
The Tickets dashboard under Statistics shows how many tickets were created in the range, how many of them became an order and which status they are in. You need the Administration → Statistics → View permission.
Filtering by phase
At the top you pick the phase via tabs: All, Service registration, Estimate, Proposal, Order and Invoice. Each tab shows the number of tickets in that phase. All cards and charts refer to the selected phase and the date range at the top right.
Metrics
- New tickets: tickets created in the range
- Converted to orders: of those, tickets that have an order attached
- Conversion rate: converted divided by new tickets, in percent
- Open: of those, tickets not yet closed
Each card shows the change versus the previous period.
Charts
- Tickets over time: new tickets as bars, conversions to orders as a line
- Tickets by status: donut chart across statuses such as Open, In progress, Completed, Closed, Won, Cancelled and Done
- Top customers by ticket count: customers with the most tickets
Sending the report automatically
With Scheduled email SimpliServ regularly emails a ticket report. It contains new tickets and conversions to orders per day across all phases, plus a total row.
Set the schedule
Click Scheduled email, keep Active switched on and choose under Frequency daily, weekly (with weekday) or monthly (with day of month), plus the Time.
Choose the content
Under Data period you decide which range goes into the report: Send day only, Last 7 days or Last month, each ending on the sending day. As Format pick Excel (XLSX) or CSV.
Add recipients and save
Enter one or more addresses under Recipients, separated by commas. The Subject is optional. Save sets up the delivery.
There is one shared ticket report per business. Whoever changes it changes it for all recipients. To pause it, switch Active off.
