Customer statistics
Analyze customer growth, active customers, order value per customer, and new versus returning buyers.

The Customers dashboard under Statistics shows how your customer base grows and who bought from you in the selected range. You need the Administration → Statistics → View permission.
Metrics
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total customers | All customers created up to the end of the range |
| New customers | Customers created in the range |
| Active customers | Customers with at least one non-cancelled order in the range |
| Net order value per customer | Net order value in the range divided by active customers |
Each card shows the change versus the previous period.
Charts
- New vs. returning buyers: stacked bars with new and returning buyers per period, plus a line with the total number of customers.
- Top customers by order value: the customers with the highest net order value in the range.
The basis is orders, not invoices or register receipts. For revenue by document date and top customers by revenue, use the revenue statistics.
