Staff statistics
Compare orders, order value, tracked time, labor cost and profit per employee and analyze individual people in detail.

The Staff dashboard under Statistics shows per person how many orders they handled in the range, what order value they bring, how much time was tracked and what remains after labor cost.
Because the page shows labor costs, it has its own permission: Statistics → Staff → View. The general statistics permission Administration → Statistics → View is not enough.
Where the figures come from
- Orders and order value: non-cancelled orders created in the range, net. An order counts for the person the related ticket is assigned to, otherwise for the person who created the order.
- Tracked time: completed entries from time tracking in the range.
- Labor cost: from the employment contract. With an hourly wage the clocked working hours from the time clock count, with a monthly salary the pro-rata amount for the range. Without a contract the card shows No contract instead of an amount.
- Profit: order value minus labor cost.
Team metrics
At the top are four cards for the whole team: Team net order value (with the share assigned to employees), Team orders, Tracked time and Team profit with total personnel costs. A negative team profit is shown in red.
If orders in the range have no employee, a yellow notice Order value without an assigned employee shows their number and value. The per-person figures then cover only part of the business. Assign tickets consistently so the analysis is complete.
Table per employee
The Per employee table lists per person Orders, Ø Orders/day, Net order value, Tracked time, Ø Time/order, Cost and Profit, sorted by order value. Below it, the Order value vs. labour cost per employee chart compares both values side by side.
One person in detail
Click a row in the table or pick a person from the list in the Employee detail section. You then see their cards Orders, Net order value, Tracked time, Ø Time per order, Labor cost and Profit plus the Orders & order value over time chart.
