Set up your company & organisation
Maintain your company master data: logo, contact details, VAT ID, address, bank details, country/currency and default tax rates for invoices, proposals, orders and delivery notes.
→ Open company data in SimpliServ
Here you store your company master data: logo, contact channels, VAT ID, address, bank details, country/currency and the default tax rates. This data appears on invoices, proposals, orders and delivery notes – maintain it first, before you send documents.
In the left-hand navigation you'll find the page under Administration → Organisation → Company. You need the admin.settings.view permission to view and admin.settings.update to edit.
Each card has its own Save button. You save the areas independently of each other – changes in one card don't affect others until you save them separately there.
Logo & branding
Upload the organisation logo
In the Branding card, click the logo area and upload your logo (max. 3 MB). It's used on documents and in customer communication.
Meeting logo (optional)
Via the Meeting logo card you can store a separate logo for the corner of your video meetings. If you don't upload one, the company logo is used. A light or white logo on a transparent background works best (max. 3 MB).
Contact details
The Contact details card maintains your organisation's public contact channels:
- Email – e.g.
[email protected] - Phone number
- Website – as a full URL (
https://…) - Google review link – usable everywhere via the placeholder
{{tenant.google_review_url}}, such as in the order-completed email to ask customers for a Google review
Tax registration
In the Tax registration card you store:
- Account holder – the company name or contact person
- VAT ID – shown in the legal area of invoices and proposals
Address
The Address card defines the business address for legal documents:
- Company name – as it should appear on invoices
- Address line 1 – street and house number
- Address line 2 – an optional addition
- Postcode
- City
Country and currency
In the Country and currency card you choose:
- Country – your organisation's default country
- Default currency – used for formatting prices in proposals, orders and invoices
Bank account
The Bank account card maintains the bank details for incoming payments, shown on documents:
- Bank name
- IBAN
- BIC / SWIFT
Tax rates
In the Tax rates card you set the default tax rates (in percent) proposed for products and invoices:
- Standard tax rate – e.g.
20 - Reduced tax rate – e.g.
10
Customer Flow mode
Via the Customer Flow mode card you control, with the Enable ticket view toggle, how the customer flow is displayed. If it's active, the whole flow (request, estimate, order, invoice) appears as one connected ticket with a continuous number and its own timeline view.
E-invoice: check the required fields
To create e-invoices (ZUGFeRD), the company name, VAT ID, address line 1, postcode, city and country must be filled in. If one of these is missing, SimpliServ shows a warning at the top of the page with the specific missing fields. IBAN and BIC are recommended for the payment data but not strictly required. How SimpliServ generates e-invoices from this automatically is in the e-invoice guide.
